also you can bulk some items to take up even less space.

Have you been breaking down everything you pick up or storing junk "whole"?

Do you have lots of spare weapons and armor that you are not now, or will never use?

Do you have a lot of mininukes, missiles, 40mm grenade rounds, grenades, or other ammo you don't use?

Do you have a lot of chems, food, water?

There are perk cards that drastically cut the weight of item categories when you carry them, such as ammo, chems, weapons and armor. Better than leaving them in your stash, at full weight.

Here are a few of them:

♠ Traveling Pharmacy: decreases chems and stimpacks 90%

♥ Martial Artist: decreases melee weapons 60% (plus increases swing speed 30%)

☺ Pack Rat: decreases junk items 75%

♦ Bear Arms: decreases heavy weapons 90%

• Bandolier: decreases ballistic ammo 90%

That aside, yeah clean your crap out now and then, ammo you dont use and junk that is easy to get (IE steel, cloth, wood, ect) or rarely used (aspestos, gold, silver) are prim candidates, especially super heavy ammo like missiles, plasma cores and mini nukes. Speaking of I need to go through my junk pile again, set aside everything thats not used in repairs in particular.
