Grafton... WTF?

I've played 30 hours so far without issue. I went to Grafton to do Protest March, and I'm getting low fps spikes all over the place. It's almost unplayable. Any idea how to fix it? I've tried turning everything down, fullscreen etc. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why the FPS dips to 15 fps and then goes straight back into 60 a second or two later.

Grafton uses lots of ambient lighting and volumetric fog. Turn those down.

I've tried that. None of the settings make a difference at all in Grafton. Such a shame - I was really enjoying it until now. I've read there are other locations that are just as bad, so I think I'll go back to Fallout 4 and keep my eyes on the news for a patch for F76.

I run this game on a toaster and can stroll thru grafton's most glowing parts just fine. It could be your rig.

Um, not to be that guy, but Eviction Notice is no where near Grafton. Totally different areas of the map.

Events in Grafton are Protest March and Grafton Day.
