Where do I get ballistic fiber?

I'm almost level 50 and haven't found any anywhere. I've tried scrapping armor and that didn't work so where can I get some?

bulks in setlements traders.
lays in packs of two in carnery bog.

not sure with one mob have it , so wait for better answears or use Wikipedia.

you can get 6-8 ammunition bags plus some military rubber bands at Camp Mc Clintok.

2 or 3 at the basement on shelves or desks and same in the van and storerooms.
don't forget to visit all buildings including the little one over the hill.

with some server loop you can get a lot.

Once a day, go farm BOS outposts in the Cranberry Bog. Don't forget Fort Defiance/3rd floor too ... .

And yeah, server hop (s) if it's previously farmed ... .

Along with all these comments, I also suggest getting the White Knight perk (agility). That'll help a ton to conserve your ballistic fiber (since it seems most level 40 or 50 armors require some for both crafting and repair).

I have also had this issue. Had to start intentionally searching for it.

Look for Military things, like ammo bags and military duct tap.

Every npc merchant has bulk ballistic fiber. So long as someone hasn't bought it first.

Youtube videos show where to look. You won't find them because everyone and their mom watches the same videos.

Ballistic Fiber has a good chance to be a reward from taking over or defending Workshops In the central and east parts of the map. The PvE portions of it, just leave if another player arrives.

Military duct tape and military ammo bags are the most abundant source.
During the Mothman Equinox event event you can loot torn mothman wings in high numbers.
