Possible bug with the "Back to Basics" quest

This quest takes place at Camp McClintock at there a part where you should find a uniform voucher to get some military fatigues. I did this part and reported to Master Sergeant Gutsy. He gave med three training missions to do.

At this point I logged out of the game. An hour later when I log back in, the missions says I have to fetch the voucher again, and my equipped military fatigues are gone. Is it supposed to be like this?

Nope, you have found one of many mission bugs. This game is still extremely broken years later. There are so many game breaking bugs but Bethesda has always ignored these reports in the proper bug channels.

I did similar to you. Completed two of the three, left and when I returned I had to start over.

Some quests have checkpoints, others do not, or they are far apart.

same here, also had to do it in 1 go. try vtube walkthroughs first so you arent surprised

Back to basic I'm having trouble with it I get the uniforms complete trainings and it starts over and over again . Is there a way to work around this or fix it.

Did you put your papers in your stash or throw them away?

I think it's the army graduation papers. Keep them on you and it shouldn't show up again.
