L-3 grim reapers, 3 better crit, 3 crit savy, 2 starched genes, 3 serendipity, 1 bloody mess

im level 56 with 2 unused levels and 1 unused legendary perk card, i be happy for the help, also is 3 bloody mess better or 3 grim sprint better , also for gun fu is it worth it? when im in vats i tend to get in and out a bunch times rather then swap cause the key is easier. also for my first legendary card should i put it in luck or follow through?

bloody mess should be the last card you put if you got nothing else to put with those points, any crit based perk will outshine the low extra damage of bloody mess

Looking at your perks under Luck, I am assuming you are a Commando VATS/crit build. If so, then here are my thoughts as a VATS/crit build myself.

Since you have Radicool, I am assuming you are also going to be a Bloodied build in addition to using VATS/crits? Otherwise, I would replace Rejuvenation and Radicool with Ironclad at rank 3.

When it comes to perks in Luck, I would personally have Grim Reaper's Sprint at rank 1 and include Four Leaf Clover and rank 3, since the former is just a slight chance to regain AP but the latter allows me to deal more criticals against a target; I use it myself and I can deliver big damage on boss-type enemies quite easily.

This is how I would design my Commando build using yours as a base:
https://nukesdragons.com/fallout-76/character?v=1&s=8f341af&d=p02pg2ph2pi2pp2lk2lv2l10lr2l71la2sb2s01sz2c62cr0ej2i10a72an2ao0ar2

I would have liked to include Adrenaline into it but I didn't have enough points if I didn't play around with LPs. As for the lack of Gunsmith, unless you desperately need to repair your weapon (Which shouldn't happen if you deliver enough crits to kill an enemy faster) then you will only need to craft certain guns and mods. You can use your second build slot as a crafting build for when you need to fix or craft items or CAMP structures.

Of course, that is how I would design it. You are free to play around with the build I made yourself and see how you can get it to work for you since I didn't touch LPs or Mutations at all.

Edit: Fixed the link since for some reason it didn't save. I also tweaked the build itself a bit too.

Weird, for some reason Steam isn't actually taking you or myself to the build I designed on that site. This is what I had designed:

Strength: Traveling Pharmacy (3), Bandolier (2), Arms Keeper (3)
Perception: Concentrated Fire (3), Commando+Expert+Master (All at 3), Tank Killer (3)
Endurance: Ironclad (3)
Charisma: Inspirational (3)
Intelligence: First Aid (1)
Agility: Action Boy (3), Covert Operative (3), Escape Artist (1), Sneak (3)
Luck: Serendipity (3), Starched Genes (2), Critical Savvy (3), Better Critical (3), Grim Reaper's Sprint (1), Four Leaf Clover (3)

Again, feel free to play with it with the site I linked earlier.
