So, was grinding for the last plan for awhile and it never drops ... .

Yesterday, I decide to reach the level 500 (was 499) before today's Daily Ops ... .

Tadam ... ! The BOS Recon Armor Torso drop as a reward ... !

So, probably that the last plan for the complete armor set will never drop until you reach level 500 ... .

In around 3 months, Minerva will sells the BOS Recon Armor plans (complete set). Only way to have it before level 500 ... .

I've tried to influence the RNG.
Many times I think I've got it!
Things go my way!!!
Then, DAM!
Nothing is working.
But for DAM sure, if I notice a change in the wind/server.
BAM I hit it hard.
I hope you get your plan before another 500levels.

Sample size of one is not a good study.

But yes, DailyOps drop rates are terrible, especially if you are looking for something specific.

Still, your story is anecdotal and not a good metric.
I was grinding for the covert ops armor set for my one bloodied build and got the whole set on my full health power armor character while the one I needed that ♥♥♥♥ on didn't even get 3 parts and I could swear I played that one way more often.

It's your perception and bad luck, and to be fair, "bad luck" is built in pretty much.

My character is lvl 454 and i have both armor sets from DO. Completed them when I was about lvl 200-300. So just rng

None of my characters have gotten a complete set of brotherhood recon yet, daily ops drop rates are absolutely abysmal. If you want it you need to buy it from minerva.

I got the following plans before reaching level 300 with my first character. (lvl 370 atm)
Brotherhood Recon Armor set(Left arm was the last missing part and chest came before it.)
Deep Space Alien Power Armor set+ Jetpack
Covert Scout Armor set
And pretty much everything else. I think i'm just missing scorched tube and probably few more but right now i'm just getting repeated C.A.M.P plans.
To be honest i think i was lucky because i met players with higher levels who never got a single Deep Space PA plan or they are missing som Brotherhood Recon parts.
However, all my luck went in the Daily Ops, RNGesus abandoned me when it comes to rolling.
I've spent probably 2000 modules rolling the Cremator and i just keep gettin troubleshooter, zealot and useless mods lol.
