Photomode issues?

Hi!
I have issues concerning photo mode.
It doesn't save my pictures. I don't have a "Photos" folder anywhere - not in my documents or in game location folder. My photo gallery does not work, taking a photo in photomode literally does nothing.
I would love to be able to save my pictures. Is there any way to fix it?
Beforehand: I don't have an antivirus, nor is my firewall or Windows Defender on. I also have Ransomware protection off. It still doesn't work. I also tried opening Fallout76 as admin.
Tried reinstalling, making folder myself. Nothing works...
Send help :(

It should be in
c:\users\"your user"\my games\fallout 76\photos\long string of numbers and letters\

If it's not there, I'm uncertain where it would be.

I only have Logs and Saves there, I know it should be there :( Do you know what could the string of numbers and letters be? I am desperate in trying to make my own folder and see if it may work lmao

I know the camera has a toggle for save/not save but unsure if photo mode has as well.

There is also a potential issue with the cloud and Microsoft One Drive. If you use one drive it might be saving them in the cloud instead of your drive.

I just checked my OneDrive, sadly, nothing there either. I am losing my hope :( Couldn't find the option for the camera saving/not saving as well, but I'll look for it once more.

I am just amazed that my My Games\Fallout 76 folder does not contain the "Photos" folder. I tried ticketing to Bethesda, but I'll probably don't get any answer. I tried making a folder myself, but it wont work without the letters and numbers folder, and I don't know how to create that one :'))

The letters and numbers is your unique ID (don't write it in public) with sub folders of similar style being your characters.

Thank you! Is there any way to get that? I'll try to make a folder with my ID, but first I'd love to know where to get it from..

If you go into the game at the main menu there is a Bethesda option and I believe that has it

Sadly, creating folder by hand did nothing. I am out of ideas for now :(

Sounds like you might need to open a ticket with bethesda support.

I did, got no response still. Also it doesn't really fit into any category whatsoever, but hopefully I'll get a response some day

Something to keep in mind about bethesda support tickets. Do not go into the ticket and ask for an update if they haven’t responded yet. Doing so puts you to the back of the line.

Support has been somewhat slammed due to the massive influx of players.

Using a 21:9 Monitor 3440x1440 and since the patch for Gleaming Depths I cannot make a picture in photomode with coverage! (I was just about to make a new pass photo for one of my chars) All Covers are displaced to the right side of Monitor. Without coverage it works normally. Must be a issue with photomode. Anyone here have the same on 21:9 monitors??
