Trying to play FO4 made me just go back to 76

I Hadn't played FO4 since release but have been playing 76 off and on for years now and boy was it HARD to get try and get back into FO4. Even with the update the game looks and plays like mud slurry, HUD blown out of proportion, they really gave us power armor within the first 5 minutes like what. Anyways, FO4 is dog water and 76 definitely deserves to be held in a better spot light.

FO4 is modable, FO76 is not. FO4 does not require for a monthly fee to play like an actual human being, FO76 does.
It is always good to have different options and FO76 definitely deserves better, but so are their customers.

in fact f3 f4 and f76 are very bad, but FNV is the best of all because it was made for gamers by very talanted devs not the soulless ones

Fallout 4 was good until the update. 76 updates yet still plays fallout 4 updates it breaks

Didn't FO76 have average 4-5k daily players before the show? It's an incredible step down compared to Fallout 4 and a lot of people agree. Fallout 4 has 141k people playing it now. Fallout 76 is so weak it barely gets 51k

i preferred fo4's bobbleheads/magazines/infinite-stash

that's about it.

i really dont like the bobbleheads/magazines being basically chems in this one. and the pathetic limit on stash but that's how they get the poor souls to sub i suppose... literally creating the problem to sell the solution... yikes.

Looks like people have the exact opposite experience OP did. They went back to Fallout 4 after remembering how inferior Fallout 76 was. Fallout 4 - 163k players online vs Fallout 76 60k ;)

Fallout games are great until you memorize them. Then it takes something like F76 as a live service to keep it interesting.

FO76 is perfectly modable, there are tons of mods easily available online, you just can't activate cheat code mods because the game has to be fair as it's multiplayer. F076 is completely playable without a subscription, you are not playing like a human but a greedy hoarder if you need 1st.

I love Fallout 4. It's still my favorite Fallout.
