I'm level 22 and I still can't build the walls in the CAMP, where can I find the blueprint? Thank you

Press the Q button to show only those things you can currently build. There should be some wooden walls you can build. By default, it shows a lot of things that can only be built if you have purchased the thing from the Atomic Shop (if it has an atom symbol, you won't be able to fin those plans in the world).

The barn building set can be bought from train station vendors. Those same vendors will also sell a warehouse set (at level 10), a brick set (level 20), and a metal set (level 30).

Everything other than those five sets (the basic scrap wood walls you start with, and the barn/warehouse/brick/metal sets) needs to be purchased with Atoms. You can earn the Atoms in-game or spend real money for them.
