Union power armor and Giuseppes

The ticket vendor giuseppe needs to be fixed already. He currently does not sell power armor plans only mods, i believe you also cant get the plans rewarded from pitt expos, which suck compared to Atlantic city expos. Along with this, some people hve reported getting the Auto axe or cold shoulder off giuseppe and for some reason, not being able to craft the autoaxe/coldshoulder after reading plan

it is worse then that the plans he used to sell were bugged which is why they were removed.

So they need to fix the plans then add them back and I have no idea when they will get around to that.
