Depends on what perks you got, some heal your rads on your camp, others heal you between certain hours in game. Try collecting a lot of dirty water and have it for increasing your rads whenever you die or if it heals

could also be a legendary piece of armor healing your radiation

Even if you do not have a perk that removes rads, a teammate could have that perk slotted and shared.

If it's a low level player doing it they probably don't know about maintaining rads for Bloodied. OP if you let em know politely via mic and you're a hero to any team bloodied player.
Check active effects in your pip boy too.
As a new player i highly recommend not to use a Bloodied build caus you don't have the gear for it, not the weapon for it, not the mutations for it you name it.

That being said i play a Bloodied build for a long time, it can be the gear that restore your rads so get rid of it asap, can be some perk cards also get rid of them asap, can also some one shared a Bloodied unfriendly card which means you leave the team asap or turn off shared cards in your settings.

In short: a Bloodied build for a new player is NOT easy you have keep in mind many things but there is a lot of YT movies that coverd a Bloodied build.

I try and heal the rads on my teammates quickly an thoroughly. It makes my character feel bad that they're glowing and hurting. Rad sponge FTW!
