Bro i been playing for 700+ hours. Completed every quest. I never got any on them. How do i get one?

is your best bet of finding them.

If you have Discord I suggest joining a 76 trading server. Some one will sell/trade you treasure maps in bulk. With some luck you can get those plans pretty easy that way.

Treasure map destinations are available from a simple search. Don't pay for it.

i was in a dead end. I thought some quest will finally drop it to me. Or some vondor will start selling them for gold/caps
