Nope. You can only buy the T-51 mod plans from vendors. The T-51 PA pieces Plans come from treasure maps for The Mire, Savage Divide and Cranberry Bog.

Edit; Same goes for the T-60 PA pieces Plans.

The plan drops for PA are ridiculous.. Most people skip that BS and grind through the quests to unlock the better PA sets. The Brotherhood line gets you a complete set of Hellcat, the Gold line unlocks T65/Strangler Heart plans with the Secret Service people.

Easiest grind for plan drops is the Scorchbeast Queen, dropping Ultracite plans.

Its been forever since I needed to go get plans so I'm not surprised im wrong here.

You don't need the blueprints for the PA parts. Just go around the map checking the power armor spawn points and grab the pieces you need. You'll never need more than one set.

T-51 power armor can be found in The Mire and Cranberry Bog.

TnT dome also has some t-51b with the nuka paint sometimes. but you have to jump through some hoops to get the key

yea, getting ultracite is RNG.
t6x will do.excavator and as mentioned hellcat is quested, though excavator is slightly easier.
the non unlock -to drop PA parts could spawn from murrmgh in the miners pick in ash heap.
PA has a basic damage reduction % so any will help in DOs that have armor piercing.
Nerd rage should work too if you cant get emergency protocolls yet.
last but not least, you dont need a one type set until you got the legendary perks that work off of em, so mixing and matching works.
the kicker here is the mods, exca an´d 45 are sold in camden park imo.
raider near roses top of the world inside a ski chalet 1st floor.
the watoga bos one would have the 51b 45 and 65 imo except ppl know that and hes thus always sold out whenever i reached him.
pls everybody do try to sell rare pa mod plans , it would help.

Yep, I did a round through Firebase Hancock, Survey Camp Alpha, and Forward Station Delta and found a complete set of T-60 Power Armor.
