About Ghoulish perk

Hi everyone! I have a low hp gunner right now, and normally i have 15-19% of hp to keep all activated and the rest is red bar. With the Ghoulish perk,i will healed everytime i lose my tiny hp? or just works for incoming rad and no the permanent one? Thanks!

You only heal while taking rad damage, not for damage already incurred.

At max rank it is 1.5 times health to rad damage. With blocker perk this can work to your favour against some enemies as they'll heal more than they damage.

Ghouls, Mirelurk Queens, Scorchbeasts all do radiation damage with their melee attacks. It can make playing an instrument during One Violent Night a breeze.
