Do you get anythig from raiding people bases?
Yesterday I was building a big base, without my PA.
Some player came to take a look and left soon after, but there is this one noob on lvl 34 and a Miner PA that thought it could be fun to obliterate all my base with grenades.

Now my question is, you gain anything aside from a bounty by raiding people?

PD: My autoturrets took the day off at the moment this guy hit me, should't they star shooting at him or something?

Or shot in the head.
*With Pacifist on you shouldn't have anything to worry about for your CAMP from players unless they're using an exploit to engage in PvP in a way they know is not functioning as intended. Report them in that instance; after they do it enough times they'll be reviewed by whatever technical staff. Be sure to follow up in email; they may not read it immediately but when reviewed if they have ten concise, polite emails that coincide with whatever game data they're using it's a lot easier on everyone. That's of course how it is SUPPOSED to function IF they have the staff to handle such things ATM.

One note is that the majority of players that have their resources or crops unlocked expect you to take the stuff; it's there for you to take. Help yourself, fellow 76er. If something is locked in a player's CAMP they don't want you to take it; don't pick it unless you're trying to start a fight or get Wanted status.

**turrets are notoriously glitchy. Even when there was a PvP mode they were one of the most broken mechanics - from being able to stack 20 on top of each other to being able to walk right past em "when you had a shotgun equpped (not sure on the actual mechanic of that last one) Don't rely on them, anyway. I recommend using just one or two high-powered ones - if they glitch out they're easy to remake which usually fixes them; sometimes if not usually it's a server issue, though.

1- I dont mind having PvP on, Its a postapocaliptic game and It was a fair figth (I was beter geared But didnt have mi PA on hand or any armour) and kinda fun.
2- My base was the one atacked and I was wondering if the guy got something from it or just loose some materials raiding for nothing

Rando PvP at peoples bases is an act of hostility. 95% of Fallout players either want solo or coop play. If you randomly try to force PvP into their recreation time they are likely to go to the social menu via... ctrl+tab? and then right click the player's name and select "Block".
Issue handled, back to shooting green dudes and helping noobs no problem.

Overusing block function isn't wise. I don't even block all PvPers, just the rotten ones that do things like attack random peoples CAMPs.

Bro, please, is not that hard. Read the next sentence:

My - base - was - the - one - atacked.
I- was - the - griefed - player

Yep. And I gave you a comprehensive answer. So did Ronr42.

Is "No" easier to understand? It's rather over-simplified in this instance, as you might get the attention of a PKK group Those guys are still after me an I only played NW. (Great players. Respect.)

Yes? Honestly I dind't know if that was a sarcastic answer or not lol
Nah, my responses here were genuinely intended to help.
I can be super sarcastic but I try to make it obvious when so. My apologies for my chaotic rambling. Too many heavy hits to the head.

I'm not sure if you can still get them but the Enclave skinned turrets and the Ice-damage turrets are a lot newer and don't glitch out as much. Does anyone know of a way for OP to acquire those at this point in time so their turrets can stop crapping out on em?

Yes.

Monkey aids and a Darwin award.

Don't worry about it, this should be a rare occurrence. Such "players" are luckily not the norm.

Edit: Usually they can't do anything to you if you have PvP turned off - unless they pick a lock of yours and then get attacked by your turrets.
I think.

Never really understood exactly, but also never encountered a legit griefer except once and it was cheap enough to restore the base from the CAMP item.
