Wiki says Modus or scavenger trader. Diffuser is basically from mutated party packs.

I can likely hook you up with the diffuser.

(*For antibiotic recipe) Go to the medical terminal at the Enclave Bunker at Whitesprings; there are three different merchants, each with several terminals.; Different Enclave merchants are in different areas of the bunker, not the same room.)

**Yes, I have diffusers you can help yourself to. It's one of the MED items a lot of players sell to help newbs from their vendor, so it's not priced particularly absurdly. I doubt anyone would be upset if I gave you a bag of em, just leave your IGN and accept a request from me once I send it.

Thank you very much for the information about the antibiotics. I swear I looked there but didn't see it. I am mistaken.
About the diffusers, I need the recipe, as I am trying to finish off the tadpole quest line for the upgraded backpack. So getting diffusers wouldn't help much beyond just having another item in my stash. I am still fairly new to the game, only 120 hours and sub 100 at time of writing, nearly to 100, this game is so much fun!

Hmmm? For the tadpole challenge....... Use a Stimpak Diffuser three times.
I don't recall it saying to craft them.....Unless they did some changes?
I'll have to check into that.

You don't have to craft them just use them.
Prussian_Dude Apr 1, 2024 @ 8:56pm
If you get lucky, you can find it in the wild for Antibiotics, or Join the Enclave, and buy it in the Bunker. Getting the Plan for the Disease Cures, events in those areas that you are missing, and time and luck.

For the Stimpack Diffuser, Its very rare. Do the Arktos Farma Event, and hope you have good luck, or hope you get it with a Mutated Party Pack. Its for the pioneer Scout, First Aid Badge, you just have to use 3, so see if you can find some one selling them.

Look it up on line for where you can get it, and the drop rate, to see if you can find it.

It does say 'use' and not craft... I cannot believe that I could have misread that so badly... My apologies to all who helped enlighten me on this matter. Thank you all so very very much. :8bitheart:

Random Drug seller NPC has them for 80 caps. She was at the sniper campsite where you take a picture for daily Quest.

It is, yes. I am not sure how it is handled otherwise.

You can change your 76 account name at the Bethesda site; it does not apply to individual characters, unfortunately.

Have fun! :amatoxic:
