yes if you use the x box game pass in windows 11 not sure about windows 10, i have played with other players while they where using that xbox pass, while using there fallout 76 account, for playstation players, i have not idea.

Xbox game pass windows is just a different launcher for the PC version. People playing on that launcher play with Steam players. They do not play with console players.

Yes, its cross-platform, which means its on multiple platforms.

No, its not cross-play between PC and consoles.

There is no cross-progression between PC windows and PC steam (cash-shop bought items are shared between these versions though).

I thought I'd throw this out to clear up the confusion because cross-platform and cross-play are two different things.

Thank god it's not a cross - play game, PC user here. Glad Bethesda seperate all the platforms... thank god for that.
