Fixer?

Hey there! Lately, I've been exploring different builds and I'm excited to try out a stealth build next. In order to make it work, I'm in need of a Fixer. Would anyone be willing to help me out by providing one? I'm more than happy to offer the necessary components to make it happen or even purchase it from you at a fair price. That's what I did. Only took me a couple days to do the quest line
