So it's not just a one-off then. I had meat ones popping up seemingly randomly all over the map and almost always they're gone as soon as I fast travel there. One of them failed seemingly out of nowhere.

somehow this game cannot be optimized.
somehow they are pushing the technology to the max and it's engine limitation.
belive me, no game runs better than this, you cannot ask the impossible, be real.

The game servers usually are a bit wonky for several days after an update but yeah it has been pretty bad. A lot of DCs, messed up events and general lag and such.

Really not sure what the point is of completely wasting players time with broken event after broken event that continually fail due to broken spawns since the update. Also many that decided to work and have said they completed successfully have given zero rewards.

The game is lacking new content, so completely breaking the content we do have is supposed to do what exactly?

They have piled so much crap in this game now with a dinosaur game engine it was never gona handle all these added items, why do you think your stash is limited, so they can keep adding pointless stuff.

I have to agree with the AbsynthMinded.
Nothing is getting fixed.

- Rampant AFKs in Fasnacht, but no change in event to address it.
- Meat Week has always been a buggy laggy mess for the last few years.
- Newer daily quest do not even count towards "Do a Daily."
- Corpses rotting and leaving items behind is a buggy mess.
- Crashes still exist when people use a high rate of fire fiery projectile weapon near you. Was the special effect from the swamp power armor originally.
- Too many people getting the same dailies, it gets old going from one stripped location to another because everyone got the "Find a teapot" daily. Yes, I have private server, but I prefer to play with people.

Combine that with "dumbing the game down."
- Removal of eating and drinking, does the vocal majority for that even still play?
- Every major event location has a stash box now. If people are going to pick up massive piles of crap then they should learn how to manage dragging massive piles around.
- I stopped crafting ammo two years ago. That is kind of a big mechanic in a survival game.
- Hunting for armor and weapon upgrades has become a joke, it is just a matter of saving enough crap up to make a few dozen re-rolls.
