The craps dice table no longer rewards 500 caps, now it's 250. And after playing plenty rounds, don't seem to be in favor of winnings. oh-well...lmao!

Well that was to be expected i guess with the amount of vids and threads in various places telling everyone how to use it to gain caps.

Personally i think it was a bit useless as i can earn caps just as fast if not faster while gaining xp at the same time from my vendors. Instead of needing to sit and play a boring mini game.
