I can't move inside the "rose" club.
As soon as I load into the room I cant walk. Not encumbered just stuck.

May not be your issue but check what FPS you are getting. Too high FPS will cause control issues. Limit it to something like 120 to stop it from happening.

I think it may be the issye, I'm getting over 300 fps XD I'm on a 7900xt and a 5800x3D. I used to be on a 3060

This is a known bug, movement stickiness happens in most interiors and not just the new rose room. The Rusty pick, the bunkers found in the Mire all have the same bug. Bethesda hasnt done anything to fix the issue

One of the worst navmeshed spaces in the game, and that's saying a lot.

How? There's no FPS setting in the menus. Most games offer to let you lock you FPS to your monitor refresh or other value but I see no way to do it here.

Your GPU software. In Nvidia control panel you can set it as a global setting for all games or a cap just for Fallout 76. For AMD i think it is just a global setting.

Yeah I'll have to figure out how to limit it tomorrow. In the AMD Adrenalin software there's not just a "limit fps" option that I could find initially but I'll see if I can find a way tomorrow.

Yeah. It is 100% an "fps too high" issue. Set it to 100. That's a safe bet without sacrificing performance. This happened to me a while back and limiting the fps fixed it.

I had FPS limited to 95 in Windows 11 for my 4080 card. GeForce Exp has the game set at optimal.

Ok so for other amd users, in the adrenaline software when you select the game, the fps limit is under the "Radeon chill" setting. I have no idea why they call it that instead of power saving but it worked. I was able to set my max limit to 80 and min to 70 to avoid the fps issue and now its running great again. So stupid that Fallout has a too much fps issue.
