Opportunity Knocking not starting.

Is anyone else having problems with Opportunity Knocking? I don't get the Miscellaneous quest to listen to the performance when I read the posters at the train stations. I don't have a quest square on the Rose Room on the map, and when I listen to the performance I can't question the patron at the end. I've quit to desktop, checked for updates, and relaunched several times. Any help would be appreciated.

Kind of the same here, except in my case it worked fine but I quit the game during the shooting, when I got in again the quest was gone, and start having the same problem. Some people where having problems with another quest in the line, so I'm between waiting for an update (hoping against hope) or going for a Ticket

i am on the quest the rose room and i am not having issues but on another quest to help oscar and his friend ti freezes and kicks me to my desktop and when i try to go to the new city it shows up on the map on the very top right but nothing there but mountains

Im having a DIFFERENT problem, I have the quest, got the marker, but I cant open the damn door to get to the performance, and there's no freakin key
