X-01 PA Targeting HUD

Does anyone know materials to craft targeting HUD? I dont wanna risk to spend 6k caps on it for no reason so if anyone here could help. Also, one more questions, does it seems to be like Targeting HUD from Fallout 7? You know, red rectangles marking all enemies.

It's the same marker as targeting something with a scope, but it's applied as soon as you see them, no scope required.

Honestly for me the only mod i ever use for PA helmet is the intelligence module or whatever it is called. You cannot use unyielding prefix in PA so any extra intelligence for more XP is very welcome.

Same. imo, none of the other helmet mods are game changing enough to warrant giving up the extra xp. And it's cheap.
