Any tips to improve my build?
I'm full health, using an automatic railway rifle with quad and am having a lot of fun with this build. I'm currently level 137, almost level 150 so I'll be able to get another legendary perk soon, main reason I haven't spent my perk points yet. Any tips on how I might improve on it? I know I got a lot of weight reduction, but I'm a hoarder so if I didn't have those perks, I just wouldn't be having as much fun xD
Oh and my armor is Deep Pocketed, shadowed, Urban Scout armor with random legendaries (Was stealth for awhile before switching, so armor is not really suited for the build. I'm currently working towards getting secret service armor.)

Perks (Inspirational would be Tenderizer in events usually)

Hahaha, only 1 Endurance. I don't blame you, but devs that made this joke game.

:Questions: I was planning to get legendary Endurance eventually, I just needed my points elsewhere.

Int has the worst perks because it naturally boosts your exp gain so I'd drop down to 4 and take just First-Aid plus Nerd Rage.

You passed up the Mastermind legendary which saves a person 6 points worth of perk cards.

Packrat aint that great. Swap it for Strong Back or Sturdy Frame.

Rejuvenated is a noob-trap designed to get you to eat more. Admantanium skeleton is better.

Mutant builds annoy me to sustain so I'd personally drop everything related to it.

Gun Fu looks good on paper for vats builds but you can benefit more from booze buffs like Party Boy and Happy go Lucky. Even Four Leaf Clover is better.

Your perception is the only thing I wouldn't touch.

I like not having to spend much on repairing and I don't know if Nerd Rage would help me because I'm full health.

I had it but switched it out for a legendary skill because I needed more points. I don't mind swapping out perks when I need to unlock something.

It is when you carry as much junk as I do all the time, but I see the argument for strong back, but then I'd need one more point in str since my strong back is rank 4, which I can do with legendary cards.

I have rejuvinated because I had to equip something with my one point in Endurance, but I will look at the Skeleton perk.

What's annoying to sustain? Starched Genes and I never have to think about it again.

I'll look into some of those perks, but I don't like thinking about consumables, I find that hard to sustain, I always forget about consumables and buffs and things.

Thanks for all the tips!

An auto-stim armor + nerd rage can net you like 3 extra lives before being finally downed.

Sturdy frame is the better perk if you've only got 2 points to spare.

Mutation stuff adds flavor to the game but pigeon-holes you into extremely min-maxxed builds requiring you to have mutant's gear and I don't like the inflexbility.

You may consider a low-health build. Dying has next to no penalty in this game, so if there is one game to have low health with no worry, it's this one. With good defense (armor, perk cards, etc.), even dying doesn't happen often.

i got 2 end and still uses nerd rage, also born survivor unless my armor has it by chance.

quick, get rid of unstable isotope, use the electro version instead.it heals glowing enemies .
so, where u never using energy weapons ? grounded reduces their damage.
why werent you using the perk that increases stealth attack damage?
char has damage increase perk the more you hit something.
reducing damage seems useful but is up to you.
i normally use the boy scout chem mods backpack

Fireproof ... never go out with 3 points in the END Fireproof card.

Not bad, I would swap out pack rat for the perk that reduces rifle weights and get bloodied mess into luck over better criticals until you can afford to put them both in there. Keep in mind this build will work for ANY rifle, not just your railway rifle. While the Quad is nice, your 2nd and 3rd star are forgettable. If you want to stick with the railway rifle, I'd find another one to reroll, but this is a good place holder until you get a better roll.
