Is healing hands griefing
Do people consider the healing hands perk just for griefing? I run it because I have one point in Charisma and have it equipped but I was called a griefer because I have it equipped. Is this true because I just wanted to make sure people don't fall over again. Is bloody build so rampant that I should remove it?

Nah, clearly the level +500 ran out of Radaway and you would be doing him a favor.
That perk card is an anti-bloodied build perd card, people won't like it specially the people like me who are playing Bloodied builds.... HOWEVER not long ago Bethesda did make a great option in the game settings that you can disable shared cards.

You can share what you want caus it is your game but keep in mind not everyone will be happy with you if you share that card.

I run bloodied build and if you revive me, i don't care about your perks, i'm just happy that you revived me.

As a rule of thumb avoid sharing Healing Hands, Rad Sponge, Born Survivor these are consider a grieving tactic. Both Healing Hands and Rad Sponge heal other players RAD's which they could want for bloodied/unyielding builds. Born Survivor may help you but when you share it, this perk uses their stimpacks. . .Why is this Bad? Not everyone uses Traveling Pharmacy a perk that reduces the weight of chem's by 90% allowing them to carry 100's of stimpacks, most people don't carry over 20 and get upset when all of their stimpacks are used.

Healing Hands = Players you revive are cured of all Rads, thus resetting their RAD's to 0 and healing them to 100% HP.

Rad Sponge = When affected by RAD's, you periodically heal 80/140/200 RAD's on nearby teammates.

Born Survivor = Falling below 20%/30%/40% health will automatically use a Stimpak, once every 20s. Stimpaks used by this perk are prioritized in order of normal stimpaks, super stimpaks, and lastly diluted stimpaks.

Lastly don't spam a Fatman at event's while yes this a heavy weapon that can be used to kill large groups of enemies, including super mutants, with a few rounds. However, the Fat Man's large explosion can cause extreme lag, server crashes, and blind players, making it a common tool for trolls and grievers.

You can wipe out a team with maxxed rad sponge then eating a bunch of glowing meat.

S.. so I've heard.

I wasn't trying to be toxic I just wanted people to have a chance to get up and look around and not die instantly when I hit them with a super stim. I guess I'll take it off because so many people are running bloody builds and I don't wanna have to make them chug toxic goo.

Hmm. Interesting. I think I can make space for this in my build. /jk

It's hilarious reading some stuff in this thread about using perk cards being considered griefing or not to use certain weapons.
I'd never be mad at the players thinking that these perks are useful at events.
Because they should be.
But I guess because "mUh BlOoDiEd BuIlD" is so popular, people think they can just dictate stuff or have main character syndrome and reflexively think someone brought them to grief them.
Instead I'd direct my grievances at Bethesda.

It's only griefing if you do it intentionally. Yes, you should remove the card and use something else. It's good that you think of others, we encourage that around here, but this is a unique circumstance where your good intentions are actually screwing them over.

You share any dam card you want!!!! It's up to the other player(s) to disable shared card(s) in their settings and not tell you to remove it or try to shame you for sharing it. I'm bloodied build and I have that featured turned off...problem solved!

This is the correct answer.

Pretty much. If anything is super powerful to the point that it's the "go to" build in almost every website/guide/video, it's a sure bet that 90%+ of the playerbase is going to be using it.

And that makes it somehow your fault for not being another sheep in the flock. Cuz gamer logic.

The problem that I'm finding is it isn't because I share it if I have it equipped then anyone I personally revive will lose their rads. I also tend to run into battle and if I see someone go down I will run to them and try to pick them up and save them like a good Brotherhood of Steel Paladin would. But last time I picked someone up they gave me a thumbs down and I realized that I might be ruining other peoples good time.

Then it's their own fault for not disabling shared perks. Don't worry about it so much - play how you want. If they have an issue with it, THEY can leave.

Use the perks you wish, personally I love What Rads, Ghoulish and other perks that keep me high health. I don't need stimpacks, I eat toxic goo to heal :), I also use the perk to remove rads on others when I gain rads.

If they don't like it, they can either get off the team or switch server. I don't need to conform to them and their rules.
