Gauss rifle plans?

Are there any vendors in game that sell plans for this?

Currently level 62 and my most used weapon is a level 35 bloodied gauss that I found at level 35. I'm not a bloodied build but I've been trying my best to make use of that feature and as such it still seems to be the best damage weapon I have. My biggest issues with it tho are that its only 5 rounds and it's slow. If I get into a mob situation, which seems to happen often sadly, it turns into a struggle real quick.
It also seems to be pretty much useless on some of the "higher level" type bad guys.

I also have a level 45 instigating gauss which is slightly higher damage but it mostly only gets used when Im sure I can actually get a one shot hit.

I keep checking vendors but all I ever find are the same night vision scope mods for it and I haven't ever even found any more rifles to be able to scrap to learn any upgrades.

I was looking through my Inventory yesterday and I somehow ended up with a 1 star Quad Gauss Rifle(Holds 20 rounds). Must have been an event drop. You can have it at no cost.

If you want it please post your in-game name here, then send me an in-game friend request and I'll come find you to drop it off. My IGN is the same as here, ronr42.

Thanks. I actually just got into Watoga last night for the first time as I only just started into the Brotherhood line and haven't hit Enclave yet. I will keep a eye out.

That would be great thanks. I would be happy to give it a try. Im PakRatJR in game also. It's 10AM by me now and it will probably be around 5 or 6 tonight before I can get on.

Oh, ok. In that case you might want to do Mayor For A Day-quest first so that Watoga bots stop shooting at you. :D Watoga Mall vendor bot Phoenix should always have the plan.

Lol yeah I kinda figured that 😁 Wasn't sure if the regular steam request would help or carry over to the game. Sort of "new" at the online gaming thing yet

I was about to buy the plans on Friday but decided not to because its 4k caps... but when i hit 70, i started getting them as quest rewards, got 3 in 2 days

Nice Do you happen to remember what vendor it was? It will probably be a few days before I get up to 70, maybe I will start getting lucky with that as well.
