[Spoilers] Is there an obvious point of no return for the settler/raider quests?
I know eventually I need to pick a side and I won't be able to continue the quests for one of the factions, I'm just wondering if this moment is obvious?

I think the quests are called "Siding with Crater" and "Siding with Foundation". Just do both quest lines up to this point before completing either of those to not miss anything.

You select one side and then move on with that faction. You can sill max reputation for both sides though afterwards.

Yes it is.

Unless you want the Slug Buster weapon you get from siding with the raiders, you can choose to make them split the gold. Then you stay friends with both sides.

If you side with the settlers you don't really get anything special.

Yes, the game will tell you about the point of no return with huge letters in the middle of the screen that are impossible to miss, so don't worry.

Yes, I recommend you siding with one and giving all your gold to only one side so you dont need to farm as much reputation later for that faction. you can do dailies for both faction to get reputation, there are some random events where you can help a random settler/raider to get more reputation

maaaan I played over 100h and did not even reach that split point yet. But there is an achievement for EACH choice?!? Is there a way to get through all this faster on a second run?!?

Depends on whether you want to do more with that character than get the achievement. If you are going to consider that character a throw away, you can skip all quests from the other side, and many of the other quests and just run for it.

They both drop loot. That's all I needed to know.
