Comes from joining the Event: Beasts of Burden. I'm still waiting for one to drop for me.

Took me something like 15 events to get my first one. Got plenty more after that.

The fastest way to get one would just be to spend a week getting your 1400 cap allotment and buying one for 10k. I've run a good number of Beasts of Burdens without seeing one drop, and while I can almost solo it the second stage of running cargo takes just a little too long for me to do by myself -- when the event does pop I only get help with it maybe 25% of the time so.. yea, your best bet is to just pay someone for one. At least that way you have a clear path to getting it in a reasonable period of time.

Its not worth 10k i will say again u can find it for 2-5k dont buy the first one u see people are just overpricing everything

If I got an extra one to spare, I sell it for 2500 caps, tops.

I hang on to them, and give them to players that don't act a fool, as rewards. If I end up with two extra, then 4-6K in the vendor it goes. I've had a lucky drop rate, dumped at least a dozen on the market so far. Same with Foundation's Vengeance for the bloodied build folks.
