Oh wait, coop. As if the game is not easy enough.
Yes, it is a multiplayer game. Just one that plays more like a single player game that just happens to have some other people in it. There are only a maximum of 24 players on a server. The only real multiplayer stuff are the events that pop up. On the map, the ones that appear in the lower left corner (and also have an exclamation point on their icon) are meant to b done with others. Other events not listed there, and with no exclamation point on their icon, are more solo events but can still be done with others.
Questing is either done solo, or by helping your team leader (and then switching leaders so he can help you).
I tried playing on public servers in groups for the exp bonus, but i always ended up massively overleveled with
I've looked into it and I can say with a fair bit of confidence that it will NOT do things like get you banned or somehow open you up to hacking/information stealing. Heck, one of the people I chat to now has been using the mod since it's first public release. So, I'll leave the link here. If you want more info/have any concerns about using it, feel free to hit me up here or add me on the Friends list to chat about it. Anyway, I hope to see you server-side chatting away soon enough. :)

o.O Wow.... that.... that sure was an interaction there. It takes all sorts tho I guess? *shrug* Least he knew he could use the Public mic channel tho, give him that much! lol
You can only have like 24 people on an public instance and 8 on a private instance. So you can pretty much play individually or with a party of up to 3 others.
Umm no, Its not a console port. All BGS games (with the exception of mobile games) are developed on PC, then ported to Xbox and PS.
But the engine and combat system seam to be to janky for something like that.
Another cool mechanic would be dungeons that you need a full team of people who have different skills to clear.
It used to have Vault raids the first one was set inside Vault 94, it came out in 2019 it included enemy encounters and loot found by the team inside the Vault. Each mission was available for the duration of one week, rotating to another mission every Tuesday. While only one mission was available at a time, each raid repeats every three weeks.
As of the Wastelanders update though, Vault raids were shut down indefinitely, and most the rewards were instead made available by way of utilizing gold bullion, with the exception of certain rewards such as player icons and emotes becoming legacy content.
Did they play like actual Raids as in they required a team of skilled payers and teamwork and are quite difficult.
Or ware they raids in name only.
