If you rolled that on your first try you got very lucky. Not a god roll but certainly usable.

Best fixer for bloodied commando build imo is Bloodied, 25% faster fire (weapon speed) and 15% faster reload.

Crit damage is a decent effect but i feel the 25% increased weapon speed is better as it works in and out of vats to be 25% increased DPS all the time. If i am firing faster i am getting more crits anyway. The gun breaking slower is a moot point on a fixer since repairs are easy to do and it doesn't break all that fast compared to some guns where it might be a useful effect. It can be handy though if you cannot fit gunsmith at all into your build.

If it is under a level 50 weapon it is not worth much at all. As long as that is a level 50 gun i would price it at somewhere around 7-8k if i was selling it but it could be worth slightly more for someone specifically wanting crit damage.

oh ok sry, was wrong. hmm still nice, try to keep it till you get a better one, rolling can make it worse.

Get a second fixer, then you can roll on it while keeping your first one unchanged.
