Strongest "per shot" weapon?

I'm not talking highest dps automatic gun, I mean, which weapon can fire the single strongest bullet/energy thingy possible? You fire one round, which gun produces the strongest round fire able? I don't know how else to word it, so hopefully you all can figure out what I mean xD And this is including all the perks and stats you can pile into that single shot.

The Dragon is slow though and really only should be used as a opener from stealth.

It is slow and in general yeah, I agree, but it's really good against SBQ when she's flying around. Deals good damage with crit headshots and there's time to reload it while she is flying in loops.

Other options are Cremator if total DoT is counted, and Quad salvaged assaultron head.

Quad assaultron head isn't that powerful, it has totally broken on-screen damage numbers but the actual damage is fraction of those. Highest damage numbers I've ever seen on my screen are from my quad +50% vats crit assaultron head, took a crit shot at sentry bot's fusion core and got way over 100000.

All damage numbers are broken.

Bleedout/Venom Syringer can 1-2 shot Ghouls/Scorched in some areas and not even leave a scratch in others, while projectile weapons show/require the same amount of damage.

I got a Missile in a silo that does 1,000,000 DMG. And the Rads are off the chart. Takes a few minutes to load up-BUT WHAT A BIG BOOM IT MAKES.
