Refund Atom

I mistakenly purchased Settler Camp skin thinking it was additional camp slot.
How can I refund this?

Yeah i have got atoms refunded for a wrong purchase just recently in the last few months. Easy to do and they were very quick about it too.

Fair warning, that's pretty hit and miss.

Sometimes you just don't hear back for a day or two.
But yes, easy to do and they generally refund things without hassle.

I am on "help.bethesda.net" filling out a refund request but I think this is for refunding real cash for atom purchases. I'm not sure. I hope they can take care of it.

Don’t go back to the ticket and update it before they respond. Doing so moves you to the back of the line.

Yeah just be patient, and only break BizarreMan's suggestion of you approach the 72 hour mark - that's when they "assume your issue is solved" and close the ticket, so it's a good idea to update it.

Yeah I still haven't heard anything from them either.

I believe it's been more than 72 hours.

I accidentally purchased 40 lunchboxes one time, when I meant to click on the free one of the day, I sent in a ticket and it took them around 2 days, but they got back to me and I confirmed my issue and only took an hour after that for my 1000 atoms to be refunded. Support is pretty good about these things, but I think they're being overwhelmed these days with the influx of over a million new players.
