Help Miner Miracles Bug!!!
I can't start the quest... I'm lvl 64

When I get to the poster I can't interact, what should I do, can anyone help?

fast travel to your camp then go back and try again or server hop, desync issue

It's buggy. You need to go inside the Miner HQ and look for a terminal. In that terminal you can download the blueprints for the powerarmor and start the quest.
(The terminal for the blueprints is in a room with power armor stations)

Why won't the power armor station allow me to use it other than to scrap things I can't craft anything

You need to go to your inventory, grab a power armour frame and set it on the ground in the vicinity of the workstation then interact with the workstation and an animation should start allowing you to craft and modify.
You might not be able to equip parts if they are above your level.
Also you need to be out of the PA to work on it.
Additionally if you are new to PA, equipped parts on a frame don't show up in your inventory (it saves weight) so it a good idea to use the menu to rename a suit of PA so you know which is which if you have more than one.

You need to place a PA frame onto the PA station to craft the PA pieces onto it. You cannot craft PA parts without having a PA frame.

If you have done this and are still having problems, I recall there are two PA stations in there for the quest. Try using the other one.
