Report a translation problem
2) Attempting to place a camp down at a new location is problematic. So problematic, it usually never happens.
What can cause issues is if you have something going from your foundation down to the ground, like stairs. Anything like that will make it not place.
Most people when they move their camp, just scrap the blueprint and then start over with all of the stored pieces parts.
If I can't place it when I move, I always have that baseline blueprint to go back to.
