I don't think you'd like this game since it doesn't spoon feed you all the info you need. You have to know how to do super complex things like using the search function of steam or google.
NO, it´s trash
i got it for 10bucks one time purchase, no sub, and im milking fun for 228 hours so far.
it's very janky and can get frustrating but def worth 10 bucks if you catch a 80% sale lol
i dont really feel the need to sub either. it's not needed if you don't mind the extra management/vendor trips.. there's pressure... but it's not needed.
To me, F76 in it's current state is literally Fallout 4.5
Best time to start playing. This game builds up slowly, you need to hit level 100 before things become easier.
its hard to imagine someone actually not having anything better to do than play this
So I bought it and have played for a couple of hundred hours.
So while interest is high it's probably a good time to play.
Maybe if numbers drop off it won't be so good with respect to the public events if nobody comes and also if there are fewer blast zones to collect ingredients from.
You're good. Don't worry about being behind. There's a lot of new players right now, and it's not a big deal starting out now. I played in 2018 but restarted recently. You can choose to start your new character at level 1 or jump to level 20. My new character hit level 200 today.
A lot of stuff is scaled to your level. I'd be playing with my son fighting the same enemy and on my screen it might be level 100 and on his it might be level 20.
The game has been running since 2018 and is still being supported with new updates. We're not likely to see Fallout 5 for many years so 76 is likely to be left carrying the Fallout torch for a while yet.
Go ahead and jump on in. Just understand up front that this is a MMO set in the Fallout universe, and not a regular Fallout. If you're happy to play an MMO, come join us.
