There are two.
The bloody one from DailyOps and the Atom store one in bone gray.

The atom store one can't be traded, period, as with all atom store items.

Never consciously noticed plans for the red one I think they don't exist, but I do know it can be dropped and so traded.

it's meant only for veteran players above level 500 to show off. Bethesda should restrict who is able to be Skull Lord.

You want a better deal,do the daily ops. The reason players are selling them around 4k+ a piece because it's not that easy to get it to drop. You have to stay in the top tier in order the odds for it to drop as a reward. So, kinda rare. Besides it doesn't drop both helmet and outfit at the same time. Let me ask you, after you been grinding for it for months,for hours, would you sell the item really cheap?
