Cant add friends?

Has anyone else had an issue with adding friends threw the social menu. It says sent when I try to send off an Invite but the other end never gets the invite.

Sometimes they don’t see it. But if they send one back to you, it will automatically be friends, you don’t have to accept because you already sent a request.

got solution its out there but stick with me.
Install The Elder Scrolls: Legends on your preferred device go to friends, check your block list if the person your trying to add is there unblock and resend a friend request

On social the way friends works is you have to add them by there username, which is the same username that they used to sign into the game the first time.

On steam you can add people to your friends list, but they won't show up online in the social area because of the way their privacy settings are set up on steam so you have to join them through your friends list on steam prior to launching the game.
