There is a very lot chance if you don’t get elder.
Strong suggestion: Do DailyOPs, sure, but start saving gold bullion from events for when Minerva has it in her rotation, if possible at one of her big sale discounts.
At best, you can buy the missing parts then, at worst, you spend all your bullion on all of the parts.
Edit: Scratch that, at worst you don;t have enough bullion when the sale comes around, but that's a different issue.
DR has diminishing returns at any rate, so very high DR gets less and less worth the investment to get more.
I do believe most of the covert armors built sneak bonuses are not better or worse than modded other options and are even made "redundant"* by things such as Escape Expert - it just looks rad AF.
* As far as I can tell stealth stacks infinitely, but it doesn't really matter after a certain threshold (kinda like damage reduction), because you don't get more invisible to enemies than invisible if that makes sense.
You can sit in front of a (unaware) super mutant without the covert stealth armor provided you specced everything correctly, so in such cases, the armor itself doesn't add anything.
Edit: might be wrong on some things, and recent changes have boned me several times now, so grain of salt and all that, possibly wait for clarifications/ corrections from sure people.
I have all the pieces on two characters. I didn't grind for it but we're still talking hundreds of daily ops.
If you see it from minnerva, buy it. Otherwise don't waste your time OP, you'll end up hating the game grinding like that.
