Once you're a Fallout First subscriber you will get the basic survival tent skin. Previous skins were normally awarded as part of the Season scoreboard. Bethesda has made past tent skins available as part of their Fallout First "Catch-Up" bundles.
The Enclave Mobility skin was a season 14 scoreboard and last season's skin was the Gazebo skin. Both the Enclave and Gazebo skins feature all 3 stash boxes, as well as a workbench, (weapon for Enclave and armor for Gazebo).
So far, Bethesda has not offered either skin in the Atom store alone, or as part of any bundle. Previously there was a 4000 Atom Fallout First Catch Up bundle that included the following skins;
Settler Survival
Holiday Survival
Responders' Medical Tent
Raider Survival Tent
None of those come with a workbench. The only tent skin that is available in the Atom store right now, is the APC Truck skin, which only has 2 stashes, but does come with a Tinker's bench. This is part of the 4000 Atom Fallout First Catch Up bundle that's in the store now.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing the catch up bundle just for the tent skin though. I would wait until either a new skin comes out, or they offer the Enclave or Gazebo skin again.
