Excavator torsos with jetpacks
Ive seen people with them and heard it was caused by a glitch a long time ago, excavator is my go to cause of the 100 extra storage. Does anyone have one of these torsos with jetpacks? and what could i trade for them?

They are pretty rare and never really traded. You could not afford what people would ask for it. Just buy fallout 1st to fix your storage issues and make a set of Utracite or find a full set of the numbered armours. jet pack and calibrated shocks are about 12,000 caps from Watoga railway station. .

Union PA is +75 weight and can attach jet packs, just gotta farm stamps for it which is stupid easy now-a-days.

where ? all i see are the mod plan but not the actual armor from the npc in the refuge.

Well crap, looks like the armor plans are temporarily removed because they can't stop bugging it.
