What is the best location for the bobblehead lockpick. I have all 19 but i can't find the last one.

Even if you know the locations, they are not always there, so it can be frustrating to waste time looking for the one you want. Instead use the perk that tells you when there is one nearby, I used it for magazines to complete the challenges and it was very exciting to hear the sound when you least expect it.

Leave things like magazine sets and Buble heads for background task.
Don't focus on that, you will only lose yourself.

Get the perk card that lets you know you are close to it, it will cut down on the time looking. If the "spawn" has one you have, it is said, you should leave it there, then server hop to see if the next one is different. If you pick up one you have, and server hop, the bobblehead won't be there. Maybe easier to look in players vendors? Wiki has maps.
