Is this event Invaders from Beyond

I will say. Fighting the Aliens is annoying. They are not hard. I just hate the ray gun spam to the point where I can't see what's going on.

This is meant to be a chaotic event with enemies and allies everywhere so it's pretty par for the course. Just use VATS, even if you don't use it to shoot it makes locating the enemies easy.

Weird way to ask, it shows up just fine. The Invaders event is like pretty much every other limited time event, it happens every single hour on the hour for the full 2 weeks. If it's like X:00 to X:06 on the clock, open your map and there will be a prompt for Invaders from Beyond on the bottom left of your map UI so you can teleport directly to the event. They even give you a popup at X:00 to tell you it started (and at X:20 and X:40 to tell you what other events start).

Sorry my original wording sounded more like a rant, i thought from other posts i've read via google search that it was random each hour if it even shows up on the server you are in. Not sure why i'm not seeing it then if its really supposed to be every hour everywhere.

wait so is there a way to start it without getting notified or seeing a UFO icon on the map? I'm confused, I dont see anyway to start it without waiting for the indication as described.

You will get a quick notice on your screen-but to see it you have to open up PipBoy and see if it's on the middle or bottem of the left of your screen.

just like other events? i get those fine, describes and then shows level recommended right? what i'm saying is, that hadnt happened at all in the 5 hours i played last night. hopefully one will pop later when i get a chance to play again. from what you guys are saying, i can only conclude it was bugged for me.

What I am seeing is the sky changing colour from time to time. A message also popped up on screen , something about activities being noticed from space.
While walking I got the a fright when a creature appeared, an alien Mythical Flatwoods Monster, along with the hourly public event notifications.
In the alien events I have attended the visitors from space don't last long.

It's shown up at the top of every hour that I've been on, so I don't know what's going on there.
