If you run silos regularly, for the room where you have to repair 15 cores, keep the bad cores from one run, pre-repair them before the next run, and you can speed through that whole room.
For the rooms where you have to shoot out the cores to destroy mainframes, an explosive gun or grenades are much faster than plugging each one.
And, of course, any troubleshooter legendary weapons make taking down all the bots/turrets that much faster. All my main characters keep Bot-kill fixers exclusively for silo runs - and they do pretty well on Test Your Metal as well.
Same, 15 minutes or so, I only skip the reactor room with auto-pick. I know there's exploits to use to hop through the ceiling or photomode through doors but really, it's so easy and doesn't save much time anyway since the biggest chunk of time is just waiting for the robots to position themselves to launch the nukes.
I don't have anything troubleshooters for weapons but I have some armor that has come in handy a few times, and funny thw mention of keeping a set of cores. I do actually have a couple in the stash but for some reason I always forget about them until I'm already in the silo. I really need to work on that 😁
