May be considered cheating for some ... as you wish.
I did use it for a few bugs, no trouble ever, checked ToS didn't find any info saying this will get you banned.
As long as you don't get devroom items and pvp cheats, you won't get no harm.
Knowing that mod exists has taught me how people seem to spam nukes 2-3 minutes apart though, they are just sprinting to the console lol
There's already a mod check, has been for years. They just don't ban for mods and considering the 76 section on Nexus has 7M downloads I don't see them ever banning for mod use because that's a lot of people to alienate. When nuclear winter was still a thing the mod check would boot you back to main menu if you tried to play NW with any mods installed, and occasionally when you have a bad internet connection the mod check will still flag you erroneously when joining adventure mode even though it's not supposed to check for that mode, and when that error occurs it happens even if you have no mods installed, so likely every single PC account has been flagged for mods at some point whether they run any or not.
I've got over 3K hours in this with mods since 2018 btw.
So that is worth a try.
