Overgrown, what legendary (if any) applies?
IE : Like -15% damage from (Armor) or +damage to (weapon) - do any work (IE does supermutant work on them since they are mostly supermutants reskinned?)

Also, does -ghoul(Or + on weapon) still work vs wendego's (and earl) like they did pre-skyline?

Honestly no idea, but the overgrowns don´t like fire at all. Any good flamer, cremator or Holy Fire should do fine.

ya that is general knowledge, but very helpful. Am curious about what they are classified as in game ...

ya i tested and (at least a year ago) it DEFINITELY worked with ghoul. At least the -dmg on armor did. Had a full set of SS with -15% (total 75%) from ghouls (rest of the stars were trash) and out of curiosity I went in with it- tested first with a full (my normal set) that had no -ghoul modifiers, and watched hits as he smashed me, then switched to the other set and the hits were MUCH smaller. if was to guess (without knowing the actual totals) it was 1/4 so was inline with what was expected.

I have not tested since and no longer have the ghoul set(again was garbage and has long been scripted lol) but this did raise my curiosity about other 'new' mobs (IE as is title of thread, are overgrown a 'race' in of their self, or is each 'type' a different animal, what they were originally skinned from, or are they all basically untyped as is current)

Depending on the type of overgrown, one of the counts as mutants for “disable mutant arm”. Another counts as ghouls for the similar challenge.

Ya that's what brought this to mind, but I can't tell if the 'mutant' part works (IE I didn't have any mutant gear on to test)...

Also most of them do such pitable damage it would be hard to see any difference LMAO...
