The ghoul update was not added yet. Honestly, I would not expect it to be released this year and when it is released, I can almost guarantee that there will be bugs with it.

there are 2 options for You my friend:

1. Hybernate for +/- 1 year
2. FInd Time mashine and teleport to Future

You can buy a Vault Suit on line pretty cheap and Halloween is coming so it will be easy to get a Ghoul mask. Put everything on and drink 14 beer's and your good to go.

See... you can already play as a Ghoul in everything but appearance. I really don't see the appeal.

Ghoulish, cannibal, overly generous, What rads? perks. Speed demon, talons mutations. You are effectively a Ghoul.

I really don't want to see Bethesda make this the anti bloodied. That is your only choice for a full health alternative.

We won't know for sure till more info is out.

You can already get mutations in the game, lots of them, and become practically like a ghoul. That's what the word "mutate" means, isn't it? So I'm surprised they are adding a new ghoul class. Aren't we ghouls already? If not ghouls, what are we? Mutated normal humans? An oxymoron it is.
