No mater if I refresh the game, reload a different server, for the past 3 hours when it's suppose to spawn it doesn't?

It should be a player quest, like the Wolf Agent Fake Goat Horn quest.

It needs to be triggered by a player, and it will not appear if no player triggers it.

It was a public event every hour, no one had to start it? So it's removed from public events now?

have no idea. Skylines received poor reviews, with many people complaining about the plot and boss fights. But no one complained about the weapons acquired.

I think it's still available, but with the shop update it doesn't spawn automatically every hour

When a new event gets released they push it to the front of the que sadly after week it's added to the normal random rotation.

It's funny, yeah? Fasnacht or Meat Week running two weeks is too long. Dangerous Pastimes running six days is too short...

(TBH I would have liked two weeks, considering the season started a day later too).

It only gets too long when the notorious loudmouths got all the rewards.

Its now, in the pool of events that can happen on the map. So, if you can't fast travel. Like a few of my characters. Then, you will have little luck getting the plans. Only if players have them, and the costs, will be high for a time. But, Bethesda, remove travel on death. So, Just going to be selling off all the so, so, Weapons That are cluttering up my inventory. Fun.

They just made it every hour on the hour for the first week so everyone could get to try it. It's part of the normal rotation now.

Thank you for letting me know. I'm new and this is my first season. I started 3 days before this season started so I didn't know about rotations and stuff
I was a little bummed about about it because I was doing it every hour and then when it all the sudden stopped I was like oh no
Cuz it was a good XP farm and I use a minigun so it was a good 5 mm round farm

same after the first week i have never seen the event again and i have played like 130 hours since then
