gotta find me a cryptid to kill for the daily but the grafton monster event aint popping when i go there and windegos are so annoying to hunt down cuz they are always in packs lol

nm stumbled upon a snallyghast in charleston while looking for the grafton monster that hangs out there lol

If you ever have to kill cryptids/glowing creatures just go to the abandoned railstop in bottom right of map right at the end of the tracks. Pretty much nothing but glowing snallyghasters there.

Theres a garaunteed grafton spawn near the Posidon power plant near the south of the map

Yeah the Grafton monster in charleston

1. is always in the dryed up water bit right next to the train station red bridge is were he seems to hang out the most can't miss him imo after gone across that bridge many times but does walk about away from the bridge sometimes so you can always look up and down from the train station to power plant in that dryed up water bit.

2. not always there but still pretty high chance, again dryed up water area of the map when you see the wooden bridge crossing that i used to use a lot for the mystery Qwest line that is just near the bridge, his always there fighting mutant most of the time at that run down flat right near that wooden bridge.

I've only been doing the cryptid daily by just doing the mothman event, anyone whos played long enough knows when a event comes out normally daily/weekly gets connected meaning you really can do few challenges by doing what ever event is on at the time in this cause yeah duhh mothman is a cryptid so get to do my one a day mothman challenge and get that cryptid done at the same time in only like 1-8 mins apart fast gained score points.

most of the info i shared was more if you ever in need again of this same thing but yeah when event happens the dev's really would prefer players to do the event and so the challenges will always have few connects to the event in some way.

Thanks everyone and ya I tend to leave the mothmen alone when they randomly show up to stare at me cuz they are a nuisance to fight unless it’s actively attacking me of course lol

Also Toxic Larry's Meat'n Go has 3 snallygasters.

Anglers and Wendigos count as well. I usually fast travel to Abbie's bunker, follow road south to a crashed truck with horse trailer that is a fixed spawn for Wendigos.

Or head East to swamp POI (forget the name) for fixed Angler spawns. Snallygasters as mentioned are also easy to find at fixed locations like flooded railyard or toxic Larry's.

Hi all! The red-eyed Mothmen that spawn in the Mothman event count as cryptids because any Mothman ingame is a crpytid. Just even tagging em (shooting/meleeing at them for a few times and letting somebody else kills em) will count to the SCORE challenge. Hope this helps :)

toxic larrys the only thing that spawns there is 3 snally

and 1 wendigo in the whitespring golf club ofc (but yeah ghoul mobs ), but that guy needs a break by now :D
