quest: the powerhouse of the cell softlocked ? (SPOİLERS)

im at the stage where i entered the cave and need to enter organics sector there is a door that requires a vault 63 access key card now the thing is the ghoul we took the quest from did give us this card to enter the compaund but in my screen the game acts like i dont have the keycard i watched some gameplay footages from the test server and all of them just enter the sector without issues anyone else got this bug ?

Can confirm that submitting a ticket can get the quest reset. Got a key and am standing in Hilda's office now, finally

I submitted a ticket and just got the mission reset. I was then able to complete it and the entire rest of the story without trouble.

same fokin bug here and got the same response they'd send it to a higher lazyass support employed to (probably) not do anything about it..
