New RR gun coming out tommorrow got nerfed hard!

if you can reroll it, then im ok with it. pretty lame to do it literally LAST MINUTE...People including myself have been selling Railways and not dealing with them since this was shown to be included. it affected the market for weeks and now its just,,,gone? If you cant reroll then that would be insane

IT was on the PTS and streamers and anyone could see it? there was no indication that it would be nerfed as there was multiple PTS tests and updates. To change it the day before the update is just...odd and sort of lame for reasons I listed. People will deal with it, but in a game where Trading and economy is king, having the most used weapon in the game be manipulated like this is pretty loony if you ask me.

My other theory is they wanted to see if it would be completely busted if people rolled very good effects on it, and the derped down ones were going to be the defaults.

Which kind of makes more sense than bethesda is known for.

Said changes were likely written into stone possibly weeks before, and only just pushed to the live pts for a 'checkup' (IE will whatever changes cause entire server to crash and burn..lol)

Again it is just that, the TEST server, I wouldn't worry too much about it, and if it can be rerolled, you bet that multiple people will re-roll it into the exact stats it had(or even better stars with ideal synergy)

But again... test server.

Not released in the official game.

I don't care if it's on the beta test servers and if streamers are stoking up hype.
I want stuff properly tested and released, with no drastic post-release changes, like it happened with the Cremator.

They took the base bloody stats away so you cant roll a double bloody now , So my guess is this wont be any better than the normal RR , I hope i,m wrong lol
